Duties

Duties of The Vice Deanship for Educational and Academic Affairs:

<ul>
<li>Supervising academic departments and implementing and developing study plans.</li>
<li>Supervising the vice deanship’s units.</li>
<li>Supervising the preparation of study schedules and coordinating with other colleges in this regard.</li>
<li>Supervising the distribution of students to the academic departments of the college.</li>
<li>Supervising the conduct of the midterm and final exams and the formation of its committees.</li>
<li>Supervising the equivalency of courses.</li>
<li>Suggesting the formation of committees related to the vice deanship's work.</li>
<li>Contributing to raising the efficiency of faculty members in the learning and teaching processes.</li>
<li>Supervising the deletion and addition operations in accordance with the regulations and decisions issued in this regard.</li>
<li>Supervising the preparation of lists of denied students and graduates.</li>
<li>Supervising the provision of educational equipment appropriate for the educational and academic process.</li>
</ul>
