<p dir="LTR">Supervising the follow-up of the implementation of the administrative and financial work of the units affiliated to the Administration.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p dir="LTR">Supervising the route of administrative work in the college, and addressing negligence, if any.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p dir="LTR">Supervising all procedures related to contracting faculty members, such as issuing visas (visit, exit, return and final exit), travel tickets, and issuing and renewing iqamas.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p dir="LTR">Supervising the college's facilities with the relevant authorities, and setting plans for their follow-up, maintenance and cleanliness.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p dir="LTR">Supervising the financial affairs and the custody assigned to the administration in accordance with the regulations.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p dir="LTR">Preparing the annual and periodic reports on the work of the department and its affiliated units and submitting them to the dean of the college.</p>
