<h3>1- Providing the academic departments of the college with educational & Office Supplies, fuels, tools, and student activities requirements including permanent advances in accordance with the prescribed provisions.</h3>
<h3>2- Disbursement of funds received by the department through approved Disbursement orders.</h3>
<h3>3- Recording orders in a daily statement, keeping them in a special report, and presenting them to the managing director.</h3>
<h3>4- Keeping a file of the invoices after they have been numbered and archived.</h3>
<h3>5- Receiving the departments’ requests for educational needs according to the prescribed regulations and forms.</h3>
<h3>6- Preparing a yearly report</h3>
