Admission and Registration Unit
The admissions and registration unit provides academic services to students such as uploading class and exam schedules on the system, solving registration problems, deletion and addition of courses, answering student inquiries, and providing guidance on the mechanism of obtaining various academic services related to courses and study plans. The unit also provide information about the academic status of students and plays an essential role in helping students expected to graduate in completing their graduation procedures easily.

- Performing all admission, registration, and guidance processes related to academic services and procedures with quality and transparency.
- Providing distinguished student services.
- Employing technology in all processes and tasks related to the student from the moment of admission to the day of graduation.
Unit Tasks
- Supervising the preparation of class and exam schedules, and coordinating with academic departments in this regard.
- Supervising registration, deletion and addition procedures.
- Final registration of all students, integration of sections, and designation of classrooms in coordination with the vice deanship for academic affairs in the college.
- Monitoring students’ grades and following up the delayed lists on a daily electronic basis.
- Answering students’ inquiries and solving their problems in registration.
- Submitting reports on the student’s academic status to academic departments.
- Implementing the decisions of the college council based on the recommendations of the student disciplinary committee in accordance with the approved procedures.
- Submitting quarterly reports on the college’s available capabilities.
- Providing information about the registration status by submitting proposals for admission opportunities to dean of the college.
- Providing information about the number of expected study sections, and designating the study halls for the following semester.
- Coordination with the university admission department regarding transferring students from one department to another within the college.
- Submitting the necessary reports of registration to the college administration.

Development and Quality Unit
The college’s quality unit aims to develop the college to be at the forefront of distinguished colleges qualified for academic accreditation by applying quality standards that achieve excellence in educational outputs and services. The unit works to set the objectives of quality, spread its culture, propose appropriate activities and programs to achieve its objectives, and pay attention to raising the efficiency of employees and faculty members through practical training and workshops. The unit also works to collect information and data on performance quality and participates in internal and external meetings and workshops.

About the Unit
Unit of academic affairs is a corner stone in the college because of its pivotal role in the excellence of the college and realization of its vision and mission.
Vision
Excellence in performing the duties assigned to the Academic Affairs Unit to ensure the provision of the best educational and academic services.
Mission
The Unit seeks to create an appropriate working environment for faculty members and a convenient learning environment for students.
Objectives
- Monitoring the implementation of the regulations and rules of study system and tests at the university.
- Supervising the implementation of the regulations of admission and transfer from and to the College and between the academic departments.
- Studying different student cases, such as re-enrollment and requests for the additional opportunity.
- Supervising the preparation of lists of debarred students and graduates.
- Following up the final exams and preparation of the final results report in coordination with the exam control unit.
- Preparing studies and reports on the development of curricula.
- Participating in the preparation of study schedules, identifying the names of faculty members and following-up the extra hours.
- Supervising the dispatch of faculty members and following up the expatriate students’ affairs.
- Carrying out the secretarial duties of the College Council, the Examination Committee, the Student Affairs unit and the Disciplinary Committee.

IT Unit
The IT unit works on the implementation and development of information technology in the College to its best to improve the services provided by the University to its employees and students. The technical services targeted by the unit are as follows:
- Providing technical support to faculty members and employees in regard to computer devices, software and accessories needed in the College.
- Supporting the internet service in the College.
- Following-up the work of the local area network of the college to ensure the effective communication between all departments and units.
- Providing technical support services within the computer labs for students.
- Applying computer systems that provide the best electronic services for faculty members and help in the swift implementation of the assigned functions.

Field Training Unit
Introductory Note:
The college seeks to achieve compatibility between its graduates and the requirements of the labor market through the summer training course. Studies have proven that the implementation of practical education models based on linking education and training programs needed by the labor market is an effective method for achieving this goal. Moreover; the training program for students brings about many benefits for both students, training partners, and the university.

- Communicating with various parties in the public and private sectors to obtain suitable training opportunities that fulfill the standards approved by the college.

Alumni Unit
The Alumni Unit represents the link between the college and its graduates. The unit communicates with graduates through periodic meetings after graduation to know the status of each graduate by establishing a database of college graduates and updating it on an annual basis. The unit also seeks to develop the graduates and provide them with the necessary skills in their area of specialization by organizing training courses and workshops to keep pace with market needs and increase job opportunities for unemployed graduates. This is in addition to preparing periodic reports on the labor market and its requirements. The unit also communicates with business sectors in various fields to know about their job vacancies.

Mission:
The mission of graduate unit is based on three axes:
- Firstly, developing the abilities of students and refining their academic and practical skills.
- Second, creating a link between college graduates and business sectors.
- Third, strengthening the ties between the college and its graduates and enhancing their spirit of belonging.

- Collecting data & information and submitting periodic reports on college graduates and business owners.
- Updating these databases periodically.

About the Unit
The Public Relations and Media Unit aims at extending the bridges of communication between the College and other institutions to strengthen their relations and enhance cooperation in the pursuit of their common goals.

The unit organizes various events and activities accompanying the educational process to provide students with necessary extracurricular skills and develop their talents and abilities.

Organizing cultural, social, sporting, and artistic activities and securing the means necessary for doing so.

Social Responsibility Committee
The social responsibility unit seeks to establish an organized framework for the various programs designed to serve the local community whether at the scientific, cultural, or educational level. The unit also participates in volunteer work through cooperation and interaction with community institutions in the public and private sectors.

Academic Advising Unit
Introductory Note
Academic guidance is one of the most important pillars on which the quality of the outcomes of the educational process at the university stage is built. Therefore, the academic advising unit seeks to provide academic support and advice to students to help them achieve their academic goals throughout their university life. It also seeks to help students adapt to the academic system and remove the obstacles that prevent them from achieving the ideal model of a successful university student. This is done by organizing and supervising the academic advising process in the college, setting its goals, developing its policies, and following up the tasks and activities provided by the scientific departments in the college to address students’ academic issues and needs.
Vision
Providing services of academic guidance and developing them to be in line with the requirements of university life in addition to helping to provide guidance to students to create a healthy academic environment and a successful academic career.
Mission
Providing high-quality advising services to students and academic advisors to meet students’ needs and develop their skills in addition to developing the students’ abilities to overcome the obstacles they face, and encouraging them to be academically creative to achieve the college’s mission and objectives.
Unit Tasks:
- Supervising the drawing up of the academic advising plan in coordination with the advising committees in the academic departments.
- Supervising the progress of the academic advising process in the college.
- Introducing the student to the university environment and preparing him to adapt to it.
- Working as a linking ring between academic guidance committees in academic departments and the Guidance and Counseling Center in the Deanship of Student Affairs.
- Supervising the distribution of new students to academic advisors in academic programs.
- Supervising orientation programs for new students to introduce them to the study plans, tests & exams system, and academic programs at the college.
- Disseminating awareness messages to students through banners,advertising screens in the college and social media.
- Following up and studying cases of students’ academic failure and working to address them in coordination with the vice deanship of educational affairs and academic programs at the college.
