The College organized on Wednesday 27/10/1447 AH a training program titled “Fraud Risk Management”, directed to the employees of Hawtat Bani Tamim Municipality, with the aim of raising awareness and enhancing their ability to identify fraudulent practices and reduce related risks within the workplace.
The program covered several key topics, including: the concept of fraud, its types, and the factors that lead to its occurrence, in addition to fraud‑related considerations during audit tasks. It also reviewed mechanisms for managing and assessing fraud risks, such as identifying fraud indicators, methods of prevention and detection, and approaches to evaluating risk levels.
The training further included an overview of fraud‑related control measures and the role of forensic auditing in uncovering violations and strengthening integrity and transparency within institutions.
This program comes as part of the College’s efforts to support government entities, develop the skills of their employees, and reinforce principles of governance and oversight, contributing to improved performance quality and enhanced institutional efficiency.
