The College, represented by the Student Activities Unit, organized an event titled “Challenges of Project Management in Modern Work Environments”, presented by students of the Project Management course under the supervision of Dr. Heba Allah Al‑Waishi on Sunday 16/11/1447 AH.
The students showcased the key challenges facing project management in contemporary organizations and their links to digital transformation, using analytical tools such as KPIs, Root Cause Analysis, and Gap Analysis. They also proposed practical solutions, including adopting Agile methodologies, utilizing digital tools, and strengthening teamwork.
The event featured awareness materials and educational handouts, emphasizing the importance of applied learning in preparing qualified graduates capable of meeting labor‑market demands.
