The College, represented by the Scouts Club and under the supervision of Dr. Sara Mostafa, organized a training workshop titled “Labor Market Requirements” on Wednesday, 16/04/1447 AH, held in Room A12 at 12:00 PM. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Nabila Jaadi and student Dana Saad Al-Tamimi.
The session opened with a comprehensive overview of the Saudi and global labor markets, highlighting the impact of Saudi Vision 2030 on the nature of future jobs and promising sectors for business administration graduates. It then addressed the most in-demand skills in light of technological and professional developments, including technical, analytical, interpersonal, and future-oriented skills.
The workshop also focused on preparing students to enter the job market, offering training on how to write a professional CV and cover letter, avoid common mistakes, prepare for job interviews, and build a digital professional identity through LinkedIn.
In its final segment, the workshop emphasized the importance of continuous development and career planning, covering topics such as obtaining professional certifications, mapping out career paths, exploring entrepreneurship opportunities, and learning about national initiatives that support small businesses and startups.
