The College of Business Administration in Hotat Bani Tamim in collaboration with the Intellectual Awareness Unit at the University, ran a training course entitled: (The Art of self-control), presented by Dr. Khaled bin Matar Al Sahli, assistant professor at the Faculty of Education in Al-Kharj, on Wednesday 1440/3/6 H.
Dr. Sahli spoke about the importance of ideas in human life, and about self-programming, referring to the role of parents, teachers, friends, and the media in it.
Dr. Khaled Al Sahli also addressed the negative effects of blaming others and comparing to others, living in the past, and taking care to criticize others on the human being and explained their harm to the individual. He also discussed the principles that help human being to form a sound view of things, such as: clarity of desire, categorical decision, taking responsibility, conscious perception, and setting goals, noting the impact of these principles on the behaviour of the individual and on his dealings with others.
In conclusion, the dean of the Business College in Hotat Bani Tamim Dr. Ibrahim Al-Daoud, gave a certificate of thanks and appreciation to Dr. Khalid Al Sahli, and he praised him for his participation in the presentation of this program, as well as the role of these programs, offered by the university's intellectual awareness unit for students.
