The college, represented by the Community Service Unit and in collaboration with the College of Engineering at Al-Kharj and the Municipality of Hawtat Bani Tamim, organized a training program on Wednesday and Thursday, corresponding to 25-26/8/1445 AH, titled "Field Supervision of Project Implementation". The program was presented by Dr. Ahmed Farouk Quneiber, Assistant Professor of Engineering and Project Management at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University. It covered vital topics such as the importance of field supervision in the success of projects, the definition and objectives of field supervision, the role of the field supervisor, the necessary skills for it, the stages of project implementation, strategies for effective supervision, and the use of technology in field supervision. The program witnessed significant interaction and numerous questions were answered, reflecting the broad interest in the topic of field supervision and its importance in the developmental process.
