The college, represented by the Scientific Research Unit, organized a training workshop titled “Measuring the Percentage of Plagiarism in Scientific Research” on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, via the ZOOM platform. The workshop targeted the college's faculty members, with 15 members participating.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Islam Hossam El-Din Kamal, Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting. The workshop covered several topics, including the essence of scientific citation, conditions and guidelines for citation, creating an account in the Ithenticate program, measuring the percentage of plagiarism in scientific research, and reading and analyzing the plagiarism report
