The college, represented by the English Club, organized a workshop titled “Family Description in English” on Wednesday, 27 Rabi’ al-Thani 1446 AH, at 9:30 AM in the college’s meeting room.
The workshop began with a conversation in English between students Diana and Sana, where they talked about their families, the number of family members, and their occupations or studies. Following this, the floor was opened for participating students to describe their families in a simple English paragraph. Many students participated, introducing themselves and describing their families, including the number of family members and their occupations or studies.
The workshop achieved its goal of developing speaking and listening skills in English and improving overall language use through active participation. The workshop saw a large turnout of college students and was well-received and appreciated by the attendees.
