Dean of the College, Dr. Badr bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamimi, met with new students on Tuesday, 21/7/1446.
At the start of the meeting, Dr. Al-Tamimi welcomed the students and congratulated them on their acceptance into the college and the new academic semester, wishing them success and prosperity.
During the meeting, he discussed the duties of university students, emphasizing the importance of diligence and hard work at the beginning of their university journey, highlighting its impact on the cumulative GPA. He stressed that the GPA is an indicator of the student's academic performance throughout their university studies, encouraging students to pay attention to it from the beginning.
Following Dr. Al-Tamimi's talk, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Musallam Al-Tamimi, explained the policy on attendance and deprivation, how it is calculated, and the process for course or semester withdrawal, deferment, and how to apply for it and its deadlines.
