The college, represented by the Community Service Unit - Women's Section, held a training course on Wednesday, 12/8/1446 AH, titled "Effective Negotiation Skills." The aim of the program was to develop employees' negotiation skills through diverse topics and practical tools. The course helped participants differentiate between negotiation, bargaining, and argument, identify the appropriate timing for negotiation, and apply effective strategies and principles to achieve constructive communication.
