As part of its commitment to serving the community and the environment, the College has launched a distinctive initiative to plant trees in the parking areas and around the College building. This initiative was carried out in partnership with Al-Halwa Green Association, the Secondary Industrial Institute, and in collaboration with the Center for Combating Desertification and Developing Vegetation Cover.
Faculty members and students participated in the initiative alongside volunteer teams from the Association and the Institute. A variety of native trees suitable for the Saudi environment were planted, contributing to the creation of a more vibrant and human- and nature-friendly educational atmosphere.
The College administration emphasized that this initiative is part of its strategic plan to strengthen social responsibility and activate partnerships with governmental and community institutions, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in the fields of environmental sustainability and quality of life.
