The College, represented by the Community Responsibility Unit, organized on Thursday 6/11/1447 AH a training course for employees of Al‑Hilwah Municipality titled “Effective Communication Skills”. The program aimed to enhance participants’ abilities in improving communication methods within the workplace and strengthening constructive professional interaction.
The course covered four main topics: the definition of communication, elements of the communication process, components of effective communication skills, and barriers that may hinder communication. The program also provided practical explanations of key techniques that contribute to improving communication efficiency at both the individual and organizational levels.
The session witnessed strong engagement from participants, reflecting the municipality’s commitment to developing its employees’ skills and enhancing overall job performance.
