The college, represented by the Community Service Unit and in cooperation with the Training Committee in the Department of Management, organized a training course titled “The Impact of Creative Leadership on Innovation” on Thursday, 21 / 10 / 1447 AH, at the headquarters of the Guidance and Dawah Association. The program targeted school principals and vice principals across various educational levels in Hawtat Bani Tamim.
The course was prepared and delivered by Dr. Nabila Badr Al‑Din Jaadi, who presented several key topics, including: an introduction to creative leadership, characteristics of the creative leader, differences between traditional and creative leadership, the concept of innovation and its distinction from creativity, as well as the impact of creative leadership on fostering innovation and the essential skills of an innovative leader. The program also included interactive activities that enhanced participant engagement.
The course concluded with a discussion on the challenges of applying creative leadership within institutions and potential solutions. Dr. Nabila expressed her appreciation to the association’s administration and all attendees for their warm reception and positive interaction, which contributed significantly to the success of the program. The course received notable praise and strong interest from the participants.
