The community service unit of the college organized a training course on change management, on Monday 10/7/1445 AH, at the municipality of Al-Halwa, with the aim of providing the municipality’s staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to deal with organizational changes and resistance. A number of administrators participated in the course, and they covered the following topics: the definition and importance of organizational change, the definition, causes and effects of resistance to change, the characteristics and areas of change, and the ways of addressing resistance to change and turning it into a motive for development and improvement.
