The College, represented by the Student Activities Unit, organized on Wednesday 19/11/1447 AH an event titled “Cyber Warfare: Escalating Risks and Strategic Responses in Information Systems”, presented by students of the Management Information Systems course under the supervision of Dr. Heba Al‑Waishi. The event explored the concept of cybersecurity and the growing rise of digital attacks, drawing on awareness content from the National Cybersecurity Authority, while emphasizing the importance of awareness, safe digital practices, and shared responsibility in protecting cyberspace.
The students also reviewed various forms of cyber warfare and strategic response approaches, highlighting the role of information systems in supporting decision‑making and incident response. The event concluded with awareness materials that enhanced participants’ understanding, earning praise for its strong organization and scientific depth.
