As an extension of the CBAH volunteer programs in service of the community, the College vice-dean Dr Ibrahim Ali Al Musallam Al Tamimi, introduced a training program entitled: Drafting and Editing Administrative Letters. The program was presented to employees of Al-Kharj Governorate Municipality on Wednesday, 12/10/2022. DrIbrahim addressed the elements of administrative communication and elaborated on the types, levels, language and features of administrative discourse. He explained how to write an administrative letter according to the proper rules.
Finally, Dr Al Tamimi presented samples for administrative letters, and he and the trainees commented, criticized and evaluated the presented sample.
It is worth noticing that the Dean of the College, Dr Ibrahim Al-Dawood, approved the formation of the Community Service Committee, which is concerned with voluntary programs for the community. This training program is part of its plan this year.
