The College (Female Campus), represented by the Student Activities Unit – English Club, organized on Thursday 28/10/1447 AH the Future Women Leaders event, which focused on preparing promising female leaders.
The event included an introductory presentation on the concept of leadership in light of technological and digital transformations, along with an overview of the key competencies required for future leaders, such as emotional intelligence, communication, decision‑making, and teamwork. It also addressed leadership development strategies through talent discovery, mentorship, and providing leadership opportunities.
The program featured real examples of emerging female leaders, in addition to an interactive activity titled Best Moment, where students shared their most impactful experiences. The event concluded with an open discussion that witnessed strong engagement, reflecting the students’ interest in developing their leadership skills.
