On Monday, 07/04/1447 AH, the College for Female Students, represented by the Entrepreneurship Club, organized a training workshop titled A Practical Guide to Building a Marketing Plan for Startups, presented by Dr. Nabila Jaadi. The session aimed to strengthen students’ applied understanding of marketing planning.

The workshop began with an introduction to the concept of a marketing plan and its importance in the success of startup projects. Dr. Nabila provided a detailed explanation of the key stages involved, including market and competitor analysis, identifying the target audience, setting marketing objectives, selecting appropriate strategies and tools, budgeting, and establishing performance indicators. Real-world examples from both local and international markets were used to support the discussion.

A hands-on group activity followed, where students were divided into teams. Each team selected a startup idea and developed a comprehensive marketing plan based on the outlined steps. The session included group discussions and constructive feedback. The students demonstrated strong engagement and presented diverse ideas for service, tech, and commercial projects, earning praise from the presenter. The workshop successfully fostered strategic thinking, teamwork, and innovation among participants.
