This unit is concerned with developing the applied and practical skills of the college graduates. This is achieved by building strong relationships between the college and its students on the one hand, and external training bodies in the labor market on the other hand. The aim behind this is to facilitate students' engagement in the labor market, and to provide them with the skills of taking responsibility, dealing with staff, and training in facing Work difficulties.

Preparing distinguished cadres compatible with the requirements of the labor market.
Objectives:
- Deepening the graduates' understanding of the theoretical aspects that they have studied in their field of specialization.
Familiarize students with being responsible and work pressures.
Providing students with the skill of dealing with others and working in a team.
Introducing students to the appropriate employers in their fields of specialization
practice the applied aspects in their courses to complement the educational process.
To familiarize students with the materials, equipment and conditions of field work.
- Upgrading students' skills related to oral and written communication.
- Supporting and strengthening the positive relationship with training bodies through continuous communication between academic student supervisors and officials in those training bodies.
