The college, represented by the Community Service Unit and in collaboration with the Al-Hawtat Bani Tamim Development Association, organized an online training course on Tuesday, 5/4/1446 AH. The course was presented by Dr. Hakim Al-Eid bin Hassan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the college. He discussed the concept of human resources and its importance in organizations.
The course included a historical overview of the development of human resource management and how it has become a fundamental element in the success of organizations. Detailed explanations were provided on the core functions of human resource management, such as recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
Additionally, the course covered how the strategy of human resource management aligns with the organization's strategy to achieve common goals, and the role of human resources in achieving Saudi Vision 2030 and the importance of developing national competencies.
The course was well-attended and received significant interaction from the participants. The latest concepts and strategies in the field of human resource management were reviewed in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
