The college, represented by the Department of Accounting in collaboration with the Student Activities Unit, organized a training workshop titled “Financial Statement Analysis” on Monday, 23 Jumada al-Awwal 1446 AH, via the Zoom platform. The workshop was presented by Dr. Jihan Mohammed.
The workshop began with an introduction to financial analysis and its importance in the career path of accounting graduates, as well as the functions of analysis and the different types of financial analysis. It also focused on ratio analysis and its significance for various stakeholders. The workshop concluded with a practical application of ratio analysis on a real company, demonstrating its importance for different decision-makers.
The workshop saw significant attendance and interaction from students, who expressed their gratitude to the presenter and praised the valuable information provided.
