The college – Female Campus, represented by the Student Activities Unit, organized a lecture on Tuesday, 17/10/1446H, titled "Healthy Habits" in English, held in the college’s conference hall.
The lecture discussed the importance of healthy habits and their impact on quality of life, covering physical exercise, its types, and proper techniques, as well as the significance of sleep as a healthy habit and ways to achieve deep sleep. Additionally, the session addressed mental health and how to avoid unhealthy habits.
The event witnessed active participation from students, who posed questions and engaged in discussions in English, contributing to their understanding of health-related concepts. The lecture saw a high attendance rate, receiving positive feedback for its informative and interactive approach.
