The college’s female campus, represented by the Guidance and Counseling Unit and in collaboration with the Academic Advising Unit, organized a workshop titled “How to Use the Wajjihni Platform” on Tuesday, 22/08/1447 AH. The workshop was presented by Dr. Hanan Saqr, Academic Advising Coordinator at the female campus, and targeted newly admitted students.
The workshop introduced the concept of academic advising and highlighted the importance of the digital academic advising platform “Wajjihni.” It also explained how to use the platform and benefit from its features, including creating discussions and meetings, understanding the difference between them, and booking appointments with academic advisors. A practical application segment was included, during which students accessed the platform through the university website and explored several available options.
The workshop witnessed active participation from the students, who raised various questions related to the platform’s use. It also recorded a notable attendance from new students, reflecting its importance in supporting their academic journey from the very beginning.
