The college, represented by the Guidance and Counseling Unit and presented by the Peer Mentor Initiative, organized an event titled “Skills Record” on Monday and Wednesday, 5–6/5/1447 AH, targeting first-year female students.
The event aimed to familiarize students with the Skills Record and highlight its importance in developing personal and academic competencies. It also explained how to access the record through the university platform and how to utilize it in documenting activities and training courses that contribute to building a comprehensive skills portfolio.
The program included interactive explanations and contributions from Peer Mentor students, who responded to attendees’ inquiries, thereby enhancing awareness of the importance of early attention to skill development and electronic documentation.
At the conclusion of the event, participating students expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the Peer Mentor team for their efforts in clarification and guidance. The Guidance and Counseling Unit also extended its thanks to the initiative team for their active role in supporting their peers and promoting a culture of academic and skills awareness within the college.
