Introduction to the Department of Finance
The Department of Finance has been established in 1441 and it grants the bachelor’s degree in business administration - Finance Major. The Finance program aims to graduate specialists in Finance major who are able to compete in the sectors of finance and banking. Due to the increasing demand for financial management employees locally, regionally, and internationally, Finance is considered one of the vital and in-demand specializations in the labor market. It is note worthy that the number of students in colleges of business administration is increasing and there is an urgent need to specialize in finance to meet the increasing demand in the labor market. Moreover, the rates of investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are increasing and there is a consequent demand for graduates specializing in financial management in most foreign and local companies.
Students begin studying the specialized subjects of finance after passing the four levels of the General Preparation Unit and fulfilling the desired requirements for college and Finance major.

The Department of Finance aims at creating a stimulating scientific environment that attracts outstanding specialists in the fields of education and scientific research. It aspires to prepare human cadres that are well- qualified scientifically and professionally in the field of finance in accordance with the requirements of the labor market and community service in a manner that achieves the goals of Prince Sattam University and the objectives of Vision 2030.
