Higher education is one of the main pillars for achieving leadership and excellence. Therefore, great attention was paid by our wise government to occupy it with a prominent position in the world. Here we witnessed rising numbers of higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that have achieved advanced positions in the international classifications and interested fields.
Among these advanced educational institutions is Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, which won a prominent place in those classifications. For its outstanding performance in the educational and research aspects, and in the fields of volunteering and community service.
Since its inception in 1429 AH, the College of Business Administration in Hotat Bani Tamim has been seeking, according to its vision along with the university's vision, to be distinguished in education, scientific research, and community partnership in the fields of business administration. Based on this vision, it works to provide distinguished educational programs and develop Scientific research suitable for the labor market and community service, through its six academic programs: (Management Information Systems, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance).
The college has set strategic goals to achieve, represented in enhancing students' abilities and developing their skills by improving the educational process, and establishing quality training programs that support and enhance the educational process, in addition to paying attention to improv graduation projects, and developing student training programs, goes with the requirements of the labor market by activating academic advising.
The college also seeks to achieve excellence in research production by encouraging faculty members in the college to present ahigh quality scientific research that contributes to raising the scientific level of the faculty members and students and contributes to raising the efficiency of the distinguished research output of the university. The college implements according to its operational plans, holding scientific meetings annually, and providing intensive research training programs for faculty members at the college and outside it.
The college has also initiated community service and communication with it as an important strategic goal, sensing its social responsibility, as it sets an annual community plan for it, through which it organizes various programs that serve the local and regional community, including intraregional, social, and cultural volunteer programs in which all employees of the college participate. As well as training programs offered to governmental and private agencies in the local and regional community.
