The college’s female section organized a program entitled: ‘Management Information Systems’ on Wednesday 17/4/1445 AH. The program is an introductory and applied program that introduces female students to the concepts, types, components, functions, benefits and challenges of management information systems and how to use them to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of institutions.
The program included a theoretical explanation of the main topics of management information systems such as its concept, history, development, importance and role in supporting the processes of management, planning, implementation and evaluation. The program also included practical applications of some real-life examples and cases of management information systems in the fields of accounting, human resources, marketing, manufacturing, and quality.
The program was attended by a number of female students from various specializations and academic levels. The attendees showed interest and interaction with the topics and activities tackled.
