Duties of the Committee:
tudying, evaluating and selecting the research nominated for the award in accordance with the standards at the university and submitting it to the college council to complete the necessary procedures in this regard.
Student Issues Committee
This committee is concerned with investigating students’ academic and educational issues. The committee is formed in the college by a decision of the college dean. The members are:
1- The dean of the college or one of the vice presidents.
2- Four faculty members.
tasks of the Committee :
1- Studying cases of deprivation, issuing decisions in this regard, and submitting them to the College Council.
2- Studying the cases of academically dismissed students and submitting them to the College Council.
3- Receiving complaints and grievances submitted by students.

Student Disciplinary Committee
Based on the seventh article of the disciplinary regulations at Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, the disciplinary committee of the faculty is formed by a decision of the dean of the college. Members are as follows:
1- The dean of the college or one of the vice presidents.
2- Two faculty members.
3- The head of the department to which the offending student belongs.
tasks of the Committee:
Based on the first article of the disciplinary regulations at Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, the committee is concerned with the following:
1- Controlling the behavior of male and female students inside the university or in any of its facilities.
2- Disciplining the violating students and treating their behavior using educational methods.
3- Approving disciplinary penalties for male and female students who violate the rules and regulations in force at the university.
4- The committee submits the minutes of its meetings and the recommendations contained therein to the permanent committee of the university for disciplining male/female students for approval or amendment of its recommendations.

Graduation Projects Committee
The Graduation Projects Committee is entrusted to:
- Discuss a timetable for organizing graduation projects before it is announced to students.
- Discuss the proposals of graduation projects before they are announced to the students to ensure equal opportunities for the students in terms of the difficulty level of project and the number of students taking part in it.
- Follow-up the procedures needed to implement the graduation projects.
- Prepare a guide that organizes the graduation projects in college, keep this guide up to date and prepare the organizing models.
- Arrange meetings, organize competitions and events related to the graduation projects.
- Prepare a report on the activities of the Committee.
- Measure student satisfaction with the events and activities provided by the Committee.
Finally, the Secretary of the Committee must keep a copy from the data, the information, and the minutes of the meetings of the Committee.
Tasks of the Graduates Unit Committee
The Graduates Unit Committee is entrusted to:
- Prepare and implement a plan that contains several programs, courses, lectures, and workshops designed to train and qualify the graduates and equip them with the necessary skills required in the labor market.
- Provide vocational training and employment opportunities for graduates through direct communication with governmental and private sectors.
- Establish channels of communication with graduates.
- Keep data and statistics about graduates, especially in terms of employment rates.
- Acquaint the graduates with professional institutions in their fields of specialization.
- Acquaint the students with the electronic gates and platforms that facilitate their search for vocational training and employment opportunities.
Finally, the Secretary of the Committee has to keep a copy from the data, the information and the minutes of the meetings of the Committee.
